This talk teaches the attendee what state machines are, how to draw state diagrams, and then how to take those state diagrams and translate them into code. It also touches upon how we can keep complexity manageable by creating state machines that can be composed together. This is a novel technique I have rarely seen discussed before, but it's incredibly powerful.
